The Home Possible Project’s mission is to provide long-term, supportive housing that empowers adults with developmental disabilities to live independently and develop strong peer connections. The organization is focused on building a community residence for adults with developmental disabilities in the Lakes Region to address the critical shortage of housing to serve this population. Resources will increase organizational capacity to design and build a new supportive housing project for adults living with developmental disabilities.
