REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS

We invite qualified vendors, consultants and organizations to submit proposals for current opportunities. Our Requests for Proposals are designed to support strong partnerships that advance our mission and quality programs that meet the needs of New Hampshire communities.

Below you’ll find all active RFP opportunities, along with key details, deadlines and submission instructions.

Request for Qualifications: Technical Assistance Consultants
CDFA is seeking qualifications from consultants interested in supporting applicants and awardees of GO-NORTH funded projects through the Rural Community Health Infrastructure Program (RCHIP) administered by the CDFA. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will establish a pre-qualified pool of consultants capable of providing project development, grant writing, and/or grant administration services for health infrastructure projects across New Hampshire. Inclusion on the pre-qualified list does not guarantee selection for any specific project; it serves as a resource for applicants seeking experienced and qualified support. Review the full Request for Qualifications.

Questions regarding CDFA’s Requests for Proposals can be sent to contact@nhcdfa.org.

If you are a New Hampshire nonprofit or municipality (city, town, county) interested in CDFA’s funding opportunities related to the Rural Community Health Infrastructure Program or other CDFA grant or loan programs, you can sign up to receive updates on program information, workshops and application deadlines by visiting https://nhcdfa.org/signup/. All CDFA grants – from application through implementation and project completion – are managed through CDFA’s Grants Management System (https://www.nhcdfagrants.org/).
