The Concord Coalition to End Homelessness will use tax credits to support construction of its new Resource Center at 238 N Main Street in Concord where residents of CCEH’s housing programs will receive ongoing housing stabilization case management and other services. This will expand the range of services for individuals served by CCEH and contribute to the long term outcomes and success of CCEH’s clientele.
