The Portsmouth Housing Authority will leverage tax credit resources to develop the Sherburne School Workforce Housing project, which includes ninety permanently affordable housing units. The project will serve more than 200 residents, including the local workforce and families. The mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will be located near public transportation, playgrounds, medical facilities, and places of employment.
