The New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) is pleased to welcome Lisa Drake as the Director of Tax Credits. She brings a unique range of experience from the public, private and nonprofit sectors. In her new role, Ms. Drake will guide the strategic direction of CDFA’s Tax Credit Program, a proven, powerful mechanism for funding local community economic development initiatives across New Hampshire.

Ms. Drake brings more than two decades of experience working within and alongside businesses on mission-driven initiatives, with leadership roles spanning sustainability, innovation, clean energy and fleet electrification. She has built long-standing connections across the state’s business community through her professional roles, cross-sector initiatives and nonprofit leadership. Her commitment to New Hampshire communities is evident in her significant board and volunteer experience, including leadership as Chair of the Board of New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility and service on the New Hampshire Food Bank Advisory Committee. Through this service, she has gained firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges nonprofits face.

A Manchester resident for 25 years, Ms. Drake is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Manchester Class of 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University and is a licensed professional engineer.
