Resources will be used to support the recently incorporated nonprofit Centro Latino de New Hampshire to build a healthy and civically engaged New Hampshire Latino community through education, services, culture, and arts programming. Capacity building resources will focus on hiring bilingual-bicultural community specialists for community outreach, primarily in Manchester and Nashua.
