The Newfound Lake Region Association (NLRA) will use tax credits to support the development of the Grey Rocks Conservation Center that will include 3,500 square feet of community space. The facility is being designed to meet high-performance Passive House standards and include rooftop solar. The location in in Hebron includes an existing non-motorized entry point to Newfound Lake with existing adjacent trails and interpretive signage. By creating a dedicated space for residents to gather, learn, and actively participate in conservation efforts, the Grey Rocks Conservation Center aims to foster a sense of stewardship and connection to the natural environment.
