Tax Credit resources will be used to provide low-cost, flexible capital to minority owned businesses in New Hampshire through the Minority Owned Business Lending program launched in January 2022 in partnership with the Manchester NAACP. The statewide effort will provide loans that are largely $50,000 or less and include technical assistance for the business owners.
