Tax Credits will support the completion of a 2.5-mile section of rail trail in Concord, providing strong community benefit by increasing access to employment, transportation and outdoor recreation opportunities. When completed, the trail will stretch from Horseshoe Pond in Concord to Sunapee Harbor in Newbury.
