The Foundation is constructing a year-round Training, Retreat, and Outdoor Recreation Destination serving businesses and communities across New Hampshire. The new 6,000 square foot Center will serve as a hub for workforce training, outdoor recreation, and multi-day retreats. The net-zero facility will be climate-controlled and outfitted with a modern classroom and guest quarters, serving as an asset for the broader region. The flexible classroom space, guest quarters, and shared kitchen and laundry facilities will accommodate local students while encouraging visitors to extend their stay. It is also designed to function as a command post during a time of regional emergencies.
