BAPOC is an alliance of businesses working in solidarity with each other to advocate on behalf of and provide support for the NH BIPOC business owner community. BAPOC centers the work on cultural principles that are of value to and that are upheld by communities of diverse and intersectional identities. The organization is led by and in support of target populations, and the alliance is addressing a critical need in the economic development ecosystem by working to understand the unique needs of BIPOC businesses and offer peer support. Capacity building support will be critical as BAPOC grows and strengthens the organization and programming.
