If you are a New Hampshire nonprofit or municipality (city, town, county) interested in CDFA’s funding opportunities related to the Rural Community Health Infrastructure Program or other CDFA grant or loan programs, you can sign up to receive updates on program information, workshops and application deadlines by visiting https://nhcdfa.org/signup/.
