Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire will use capacity building resources to expand the Prevention/Diversion Program which serves families and individuals who are in crisis as a result of homelessness. Building the capacity of this program with an additional case worker to focus on outreach and services for families and individuals in Rockingham County will enable the organization to expand its impact.
