Public Notice: New Hampshire’s 2023 Action Plan Public Hearing & Comment Period

The agencies that administer New Hampshire’s federal funds of Community Development Block Grant (CBDG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) are having a public hearing for input into the activities that will be federally funded for the state’s 2023 Action Plan. This hearing is open to all community partners interested in the work done to combat homelessness, create affordable housing and community development. The agencies involved are Community Development Finance Authority (CDBG), DHHS, Bureau of Housing Supports (ESG)​, and New Hampshire Housing (HOME and HTF).   

The public hearing is Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 2:00 PM. You can attend in person at New Hampshire Housing’s office located at 32 Constitution Drive, Bedford.  For more information about the type of activities these programs fund​,  please see the 2021-2025 State of New Hampshire Consolidated Plan at www.nhhfa.org/publications-data/nh-consolidated-planning-for-hud/.

A Draft of the 2023 Action Plan will be available by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 for public comment.

The 30-day comment period will begin on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. Written comments may be submitted throughout the public comment period of March 8, 2023, through April 10, 2023. Comments may be emailed to clavallee@nhhfa.org.
