As the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) for the State of New Hampshire, the NH Council on Housing Stability (NH CHS) is seeking a consultant to develop its 2025-2028 strategic plan and explore how best to structure and sustain the Council on Housing Stability’s work moving forward, including aligning the 2025 – 2028 Strategic Plan with the USICH’s Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness, All In.
The qualified consultant would develop a strategic planning approach informed by our work, the impact of the Council on Housing Stability to date, and what remains to be accomplished. Additional details on the scope of work and requirements can be found in the Request for Proposals.
