The Community Development Finance Authority has published a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified financial consulting company/consultant to consult with nonprofits receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) CV funds. The full RFP can be found here.
Proposals should demonstrate an understanding of the project and include a detailed scope of services and related experience. All proposals must be received at CDFA by 4:00 p.m. on November 30, 2020. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered. Electronic proposals must be submitted via email to: Alex Jette, CDFA’s Compliance Manager, at ajette@nhcdfa.org. Selection will be based on proposal including cost and qualifications.
Funding for this consultant is provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Therefore, all federal requirements of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, and all state requirements must be adhered to and will be part of the contract terms.
