The Community Development Finance Authority has published a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Federal Compliance consultants or professionals to monitor Davis Bacon, Historic Preservation, and claim compliance for loans using U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) funds. Proposals should include qualifications, relevant examples of prior work and proposed fees/expenses. Proposals should be submitted by email or in hand no later than Friday, June 25, 2021. Electronic proposals must be submitted via email to: Scott Maslansky, CDFA’s Director of Clean Energy Finance, at smaslansky@nhcdfa.org. Preference will be given to the individual or entity with prior experience.
