Request for Proposals: Consultant – CDBG Consolidated Plan

The Community Development Finance Authority has published a Request for Proposals (RFP) from organizations experienced with the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program to take a lead role in developing the CDBG portion of the New Hampshire Five-Year Consolidated Plan. All proposals must be received by CDFA by January 11, 2021. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered. Electronic proposals must be submitted via email to: Mollie Kaylor, Director of Housing and Community Development, at mkaylor@nhcdfa.org.

Funding for this consultant is provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Therefore, all federal requirements of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, and all state requirements must be adhered to and will be part of the contract terms.
