The Warner House Association will leverage Tax Credits to construct a replica of the 18th century Carriage House which formerly existed on the association’s property. The project will provide increased access to arts and cultural opportunities, as well as contribute to economic activity, neighborhood revitalization and historic preservation in downtown Portsmouth.
