New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority, in conjunction with the Housing and Community Development Planning Council, has drafted an amendment to the 2021 Action Plan concerning the use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in order to add the City of Concord’s CDBG Revolving Loan Fund information to the Method of Distribution.
The NH Community Development Finance Authority, who administer the state CDBG grants, are soliciting comments on the draft amended 2021 Action Plan, from October 1 through November 3, 2021. The Draft amended 2021 Action Plan will be available for viewing or download at https://resources.nhcdfa.org/programs/community-development-block-grant/application/. Printed copies are available upon request to members of the general public lacking internet access.
The Public Hearing will be held on November 3, 2021 at 3:00 pm at NH Community Development Finance Authority’s offices, located at 14 Dixon Avenue, Suite 102, Concord, NH 03301. Call Melissa Latham at (603) 717-9107 if experiencing problems accessing the meeting.
In addition to the general public, stakeholders, including agencies, units of government, and other interested parties are encouraged to invite clients and beneficiaries to participate in the public hearing and to comment on the amended 2021 Annual Action Plan.
