The Mark Stebbins Community Center is seeking to acquire a building to co-locate services, collaborate across service and community partners, and deliver services that aim to benefit target populations. The West Side is a region is under-resourced and many residents are living in high and extreme poverty. Mark Stebbins will use the results of a community needs assessment and community engagement efforts to ensure that the services provided are culturally sensitive and specifically align with the needs of community residents. The project is in a pivotal phase, and tax credits would play a key role in building the organization’s capacity and moving the project forward.
