Description: Tax credits will support the development of a whitewater park along the Winnipesaukee River. Tax credits will support the development of a whitewater park along the Winnipesaukee River in Franklin. The project will be a driver for the downtown revitalization of Franklin by creating a tourism destination and increased economic activity, including the creation of new jobs and spurring local investments.
