Prior to joining CDFA, I held a real estate paralegal position at a local law firm and was involved in, among other duties, the preparation of closing documents in connection with multi-family affordable housing projects. I have also had the good fortune of working for several years at a local non-profit lending institution as a loan processor/closing coordinator where, in addition to assisting borrowers with their affordable housing refinance and purchase financing, I played a key role in program grant reporting.
Like so many New Hampshire residents, I am a transplant, having moved here in 26 years ago from my hometown in upstate New York when I met and married my husband. Our blended family consists of four grown boys, four granddaughters & several grand-dogs.
My absolute favorite pastime is spending time with my toes in the sand searching for sand dollars and walking my little rescue dog along Hampton Beach. I enjoy family time, reading, perennial gardening, traveling and laughing.
