Each year, the CDFA awards tax credits to multiple projects that foster community development in New Hampshire. These projects, run by local nonprofits or municipalities, fall into the catagories of economic development, community development, and affordable housing. While each project tackles a problem in a different way, they all make New Hampshire a better place to live and work.
CDFA stimulates private investment in community development by offering tax credits for 75% of the amount donated to qualified projects. It's an opportunity for businesses to vote with their dollars, directly supporting initiatives that benefit their cities and towns, their state, and their region.
