Tax credits will be used to help the Black Heritage Trail of New Hampshire purchase a historic building in downtown Portsmouth that will serve as an interpretive center and office space for the organization. The project will support downtown revitalization and provide an important community benefit through increased access to a diverse landscape of arts and cultural resources. 

CDFA Tax Credits totaling $225,000 are available for State Fiscal Year 2019 (July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019) and $225,000 for State Fiscal Year 2020  (July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020).
