Description:

Families In Transition (FIT) seeks tax credits to redevelop the second floor of the former Hoitt Furniture building in downtown Manchester. The development will provide additional space for individual and group therapy for the Family Willows Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) which serves low-income women dealing with substance use disorders. In addition, FIT will develop 10 one-bedroom units and one Single Room Occupancy (SRO) unit of sober, recovery housing for women on the same floor as the IOP.

CDFA Tax Credits totaling $35,000 are available for State Fiscal Year 2017 (your business may claim this credit anytime between July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017).
