Community Development Block Grant Implementation Workshop
Date: January 16, 2018
Location: New Hampshire Audubon - McLane Center
84 Silk Farm Road, Concord
Time: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

If you are a grant recipient that received funds in the most recent grant round, you are required to attend the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Implementation Workshop. This is an optional training for anyone else.

The one-day training session will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 the New Hampshire Audubon - McLane Center (84 Silk Farm Road, Concord).
In order to ensure the successful completion of your project, this free workshop will discuss how to meet all requirements. Topics include how to hire a grant administrator (if applicable), submit reports, request payments, complete environmental reviews, and follow procurement and financial management procedures, among other tasks and obligations.
This training will be beneficial to all parties; municipalities, subrecipients, and grant administrators on the requirements and responsibilities of implementing this federal grant. Failure to properly administer and implement a CDBG grant could lead to an encumbrance of funds and/or a negative finding by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Please RSVP via email to no later than Monday, January 15th by 12:00 PM, or contact Meena Gyawali if you have any questions at or 603-717-9112.

CDFA will be providing lunch, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
